I like what tastes good, to hell with 'balanced meals'..
The nerd in me is curious though, does everyone get enough vegetables/day usually?
Probably not <_< I only eat like once or twice a day (if I eat a second time it was either left overs from that night, later on, or it's left overs from the night before)
I almost always make a vegetable with dinner, usually broccoli or potatoes, sometimes a can of veggies like green beans or whatever.. The exception would be like when I make a roast, it gets the celery/potato/carrot/onion treatment.
