Is it a psychological addiction if you have the willpower to stop at any time but there aren't any reasons not to?
Is "internet addiction" really that bad? What classifies internet addiction? Are we addicted to the internet because we come to a forum every day?
At what point is it too much?
I would say it's not an addiction if you have the will power to actually stop and just don't want to. It becomes an addiction when it's causing harm to your life or health. One example would be someone who stops taking care of themselves or fulfilling their responsibilities in exchange for more of their 'addiction'..
If you spend a lot of time on the computer, and have the will power to stop, but just no reason to, like you don't have any responsibilities that aren't taken care of or whatever, then I wouldn't say that is an addiction.. As long as you aren't neglecting other things or the thing isn't preventing you from doing them, then you're okay.
