leon i founds it

"it's like ffxiah when formatting it let those frames reduce down so those 2 key frames are smaller. what I do is just open the original or copy if you cant into a gif editing program and manually reset the dimensions for those frames then save the gif as extremely html friendly

this site's conversion program just seems picky and so if something isn't perfectly defined beforehand scragg's system just goes "shrink all the things!"- quote

Ahhh yeah... I have no idea how to do that. :D
I just drew it all in paint, then threw them into photoshop and saved it as a gif. :x
