Lol my legs were already sore from squats and dead lifts. I wanted some candy, and I was going to jog half a mile today, so instead, I jogged a mile to the candy store and a mile home. I figured the extra mile and a half would make up for the candy, lol. By the time I got to the store (6:30 mile), I could barely walk my calves hurt so damn bad, lol. Took me over 10 mins to get back home. Made it half way up my stairs, had to wait 2-3 mins before I could get up and go the rest of the way. Candy tasted boss as *** though, so I'd do it again On Friday: I'm going to download Friday, take my mp3 player to work, attach some speakers, and crank it up as loud as I can at some random point in the day.
