lol the people at Target customer service are dumb @.@
I had a pair of cheap headphones that I jumped a fence w/ and it sliced the wire in half. Went in and bought an identical pair, put the old ones as neatly as possible as I could in the box and returned it for full refund.
I don't know how they wouldn't check the box lol half the wire was missing.
. . . Wow, idiots! lolol They're supposed to check. I actually just returned a headset to Best Buy tonight. The chick took so long, I almost got snotty with her. I even had everything laid out for her(receipt, ID, headset contents) and explained everything before she really started. I was in line for over 10 minutes with 1 person ahead of me returning printing labels. It was ridiculous, lol.
