Seha, If you have a tennis ball lay on the floor and put the tennis ball between your shoulderblade then move it some until you get to a sore spot. lay on it for a few min.s then move it again. While it's not as good as a massage it works wonders.

Also; Cervical is a very common word for chiropractors for an area of the neck.
