Unless you're going for a dual 120 or greater you can get
air coolers that are quieter and more efficient than the single 120 rads.
Hmmm... I'm not sure any more at all lol. The stock fan/heatsink that came with my processor is keeping it at about 49-52°C while playing Skyrim, and during idle it's at around 40-42°C. I know on my previous processor/liquid cooling system, it idled around 34°C and under load was about 44-48°C (I forget exacts), and it was only a single fan, though it was a powerful one. I'm not too concerned about noise levels of the fans, a loud fan doesn't really bother me.
Not too sure if that dual-heatsink/fan will fit in my tower either, I do have a full size tower, but I'm not entirely sure due to a 250 mm fan being directly in front of the CPU on the case siding. I actually have two 250 mm fans (both are intake) on my case.
edit~
This is my case, if it helps.
