Yeah his body shape is a bit off, but I am NOT making another character lol. at least not until I finish this guy off to 50. And damnit now I want tostadas, but I'm already going to be BBQing chicken tonight. It's not really the cut of the meat, but more like the spices introduced into it. Out here they have prepackaged carnitas that are heavily laden with I think paprika and dried chile rub (gives it a distinct redish pinkish color). I couldn't find a good pic online, but I'm sure you could find a recipe for that style of carnitas.

Two days before Christmas and I haven't sent out my cards and presents to family yet! Meeeeep! At least they are all used to me being late by now. xD
