All the shelters I know are full, I can't take him, and I hate for him to be put down at Christmas... Anyone have any ideas?

Seeing what I might cook myself for breakfast. I really need to consume more protein. Ive been starving myself I think these last few months and I lack the motivation to workout.
I stared at the bench yesterday and went "yea ima go play Leagues" :/ Do you want me to get a whip and make you work out? I'll do it! Only protein I know is eggs.. I dislike eggs. :|

Well yes, he is well behaved, but there's also the fact that he's malnourished and not fixed makes me believe he is indeed a stray. I'm going to take him up to animal control tomorrow and if no one claims him in their 5 day limit, I can say I'll take him. That gives me a good 10 days to find him a home if he is indeed homeless.
It's just depressing to see such a sweetheart of a cat out in the cold on Christmas...
