Ugh! Terrible, right?

Try having a friend who has had four baby girls in the span of five years because her husband doesn't believe in birth control! She's twenty-five, both she and her husband are college drop-outs, they're family is packed into a two bedroom apartment (because her husband believes in paying in full for things, which is rediculous when it comes to an expense like home-ownership), and he has to go on all outings with her especially when it comes to me and her sister because we lead "secular" lifestyles.

Last I knew she was living in an apartment with her husband and also has a kid from one of his previous relationships. I don't know I just find it kind of weird. I don't wanna judge them or anything cause I suppose as long as their supporting themselves and the kids I see no problem in it but it just seems so... I don't know how to even describe it. XP

just seems so. they're taking on too much responsibilities all at once at such a young age? and its like how can they deal with it sorta thing?

Yeah...I know. :( I just still get unnerved by this guy. I've NEVER run into a male who has such antiquated thoughts. I just can't help but feel upset over a friend who I've known since elementary school ending up with such a douche.

She's had horrible PPD for years because it's one after another. After her third child she wanted to get a divorce and lived with her mother for a bit. Her sister, who is my age, can't even see her nieces because she had her first child out of wed-lock (even though she was twenty-five, had already graduated, working full-time, in a commuted relationship with the kid's father for four years, and owned their home.

Funny how judgement works.

Ugh...Just bleh...Sorry for dumping. Talked to her sister last night. It's fresh on my mind.

Yeah...It always feels weird. You're still in college right? It always took me aback when I found out friends from HS were popping out puppies. It gets easier later on, but later it's expected. LOL! The strange feeling will fade.

Laptop is kaput. Don't ask. Just know that I did something stupid. I can't justify buying one right this second since I went apeshit Christmas shopping, as usual, but my parents know what I want for Christmas! :) $$$$$!!!!!

It seems like a lot of my old peers are having kids too. For the most part I'd say that as long as they can support their children, so what. There's a couple that I have to try to force myself not to judge though. One is a girl I went to high school with, I don't remember if she graduated though. She had three baby boys and then did something to get put in jail. She recently got out and has been bitching and moaning on Facebook for weeks about how her ex isn't letting her have time alone with her sons. Well on one hand, she's their mother. But on the other, she's fresh out of jail, what's he supposed to do? He's trying to protect them. Not sure how I feel about all that, but it's not my business anyways so oh well.

I can't wait til my husband and me get settled with our job(s) and our own home. I want to have a child, but not until we are stable and settled. Can't wait!

I might work on one. I gotta start thinking up ideas...

He really doesn't believe in BC. No condoms, no pills, patches, IUDs, vasectomies, etc...He's opposed to all forms of birth control. She's never had a child at a hospital. Just midwives, because he objects to medicine that isn't homeopathic.

Basically, he was Jewish, and now he's just bat-***crazy! She has to wear shawls over her hair, she can't shave her legs, wear make-up, etc...Her sister is suspicious about his fedilty too. It's just a mess.
