Dusty will go in the corner the litter box is in, regardless of whether it's been moved or not (I had to fasten to the cage after i saw he'd still go in that corner when the other one pushed the litter box to the middle of the cage) they tend to favor a corner and keep going there, so just put a litter box or news paper there, and should be good..

But yeah, cleaning it up doesn't really bother me, when I had my Chihuahuah which barely made bigger shits, I'd gag and stuff, cuz ***bothers me, but the ferret's stuff doesn't really bug me at all, I can't really smell anything, and it's never like 'gushy and warm' so it just doesn't bother me really.. Strangely enough, the daily cleaning of the litter box bugs me worse.

my ferret was so stubborn and would also mess up his cage all the time lol i was working 10 hour days and ex rarely took him out when i was at work so he would just tear ***up lol so he would pretty much poop everywhere, spill his food everywhere D: ferret poop is much easier to clean though :P his cage could get smelly but once i took him away from it and huggled him he smelled goods :P

The last kitten I adopted before I moved used to sleep in the crook of my neck every night to stay warm.

Then it grew up, learned: Claw Attack, and became 20% less cute. -.-
Or they start doing that kneading thing. >__o
