6'2 252lbs. Have dropped 6 lbs in the last month. Started weightlifting heavy again. Really slacked off over the summer (depression is evil) My ideal weight is 220. Wanting to get back to that in the next few months.
no matter how much i study i feel like im forgetting to study something enough.

You got depressed during the summer Dread? :( I love the summer.. I get depressed every year around winter but the summer is when I feel the most happy.

During college was the best. We had free access to the campus gym. I would run the bikes and treadmills 3-4 times a week. All I needed to do was a 20-30min run on the endurance setting, then a quick run on the bike for about 5min. Didn't even need to focus on my diet, only just to make sure I wasn't eating too much garbage.
always weird when you know a couple that has been together for years and years then hear they broke up :o seems so weird but i hope they get back together like most couples lol

Just link the second account to your SE account. You do it from the XI section of the SE account.
