This one we had in school... wasn't amazing but wasn't bad either
640g water
10g Yeast (this is fresh yeast so if you have something else I can convert it for you I think)
600g bread flour
400g semolina
40g olive oil
20g salt
-cover and rest for 40min after you make it into a dough
-scale/divide it (this made 9 personal sized ones, I'll post a pic in a sec)
-round up the doughs and rest for another 10min
-streach/roll
-top it
bake it at 450F/232C
/ugly pizza

Supposedly it was 9 inches, the crust was a little on the thinner side if I remember right so if you left it thick you could probably get a thicker rim on it if you wanted.
Edit: had the semolina number wrong, 400 not 466, my fingers suck today apperently.
