Sadly, you're right, but sadly, I missed top augs by sooooo little of a margin (the stp can go higher, but moot since the +3 is enough), but the agi could be only ONE higher as with the crit :(

i've got everything but ice, and i haven't torn up the bread for the stuffing. usually do that the night before but didn't for some reason.
bought street fighter 4 for the 3ds. it's not entertaining me, but i am entertaining the idea of going back to walmart at 4:30 in the morning to return it. shoulda got pilot wings or the new mario =/ Should have got Aliens.
