You know I think I discovered why I like autumn, winter and cold weather in general more so than the hot sun and blazing heat.
I believe it's a mental and environmental effect that emphasizes more heavily on more on being warm, cozy, and relaxed at home. Such as being lazy, cooking hot meals, curling up in bed and being sequestered in a content manner.
While hot weather is more conducive to going outside to play and being a part of the day and all it has to offer.
I'm the exact opposite of that. When it's hot outside all I want to do is get indoors where's there's air conditioning or a big fan or a shower and just relax and be lazy. Heat just makes me feel worn out. The LAST thing I want to do is go run around in it.
On the alternative, I love going outside, even when it's super cold out. I miss that feeling of taking long wintry walks or just admiring the gray sky as the snow gently falls down. I know, I'm strange, but I'll always prefer cloudy overcast days to sunshine. The sun is just really annoying.
Autumn is like perfect weather. It's cool out, but not excessively. Spring on the other hand to me is super depressing. It means I have to endure another half a year of hot weather, and just start counting down the days until Autumn hits again.
