Eating 'healhty' is too unhealthy.
I mean there's eating a healthy diet, and going overboard.
Pretty much any 'unhealthy food' is healthy in moderation.. You won't get unhealthy by having a burger and fries every few days, you won't get fat.. Problems arise when you eat more than you should in a single sitting and do it nearly every day.
It's actually not healthy to only eat healthy. (well what health nuts call healthy food, anyways). It's not really healthy to be a vegetarian or a vegan, either.
I've seen quite a few studies that say as much. Not all fat is bad fat, cutting fat from your diet is just as bad as going overboard with it.. If you have to add dietary supplements/vitamins to your daily intake to make up for what you're missing when you eat, it's the first sign that your diet isn't all that healthy.
