Scratched my forehead after hand mixing my chicken into it's blackening marinade.

Because upon thinking about life we tend to recall traumatic, sad, overall 'bad' event first and more often than good thoughts. Leaving us to think that life is incredibly cruel simply because those 'bad' memories of life are more prominent in our mind? :x I has pudding.

Hopefully this dish turns out ok.
Realized after I started mixing up the blackening marinade I was outta lemons/lemon juice so I used a bit of squeezed pineapple. Mainly it's just used to for the acid to bring the olive oil and spices together. Looked fine just hoping it isn't overly noticeable in taste.
