I would hesitate to swing to kill. In all honesty, I would hesitate to swing to even hurt. Especially if it was a child. But if I was scared enough or startled enough I might. Lucky for me I probably will never be startled enough, since my dog sleeps in my room with my husband and I. She will alert us to anything out of the ordinary before it gets to us.

But all this is joking speculation, of course. I expect that precisely nothing will happen tonight or tomorrow, no rapture or zombies or plague or pestilence or anything of that sort. I am firmly convinced that the certain religious people saying that tomorrow is the end are simply seeking attention or have been convinced by blind faith in their leader (not their god, but the man leading them) and he himself is just seeking attention.

Yeah that 85 year old guy has already made like 100M on just this and has spent only 10M on advertising and stuff like that it's like wtfgenius..

Well, you see, if the Zombies were a threat to Kryptonians then I would be more into the idea. As it stands, we all know you'll just throw one of your sombreros like a super awesome chakram/boomerang, and with your mighty yellow sun enriched powers, you will saw every zombie down. They bite you, and their teeth break. :D (Man, it is incrediblely easy to play off you being Superwoman! xD)

She's back home, they gave her breathing treatments to do, but I'm not really sure how much it's helped/helping.

Ooh, perhaps I have been dissed for being silly. xD This fever really is killing me though, so I'm going to try to sleep it off. Got sweat coming off my eyelids by this point. Sucks too, was about to have some more fun with Hadhayosh and my buds in FFXI. Gnight!

She's never going to actually get better, she has Emphysema (which the only real cure for is a lung transplant) has for a long time, but over the last few years it's really picked up speed and got a lot worse. At this point it's just trying to keep it from getting much worse, or at least at a slower rate, and try and treat the symptoms she already suffers.
