Router decided to throw a hissy fit last night. Fuse blew; no spares in the house. Had to wait until this morning to sort it out.
Was mid-fight against a Sabotender too; hoping it logged me out before the *** killed me or this is gonna be a long trial.

What a wonderful first post for the new page!

Would the/could having my wii right next to my PS3 make the PS3 connection screwy? I know the wii is constantly online.

If they're both using wireless internet connections, yeah, they can interfere with each other.

It's some stupid reason, but mostly it's just so it can blink and *** at you when you get a message.

I think it's for something else also but I don't really care lol.

I'm more just pissed cause they've been dicking me around for about a month now with telling me that they'll fix it, or that they'll look into it.

I'm stuck at home now like all the time, so netflix or doing something online is about the only thing I have to do, it makes it hard to do anything when I can't seem to stay online for more then an hour if i'm lucky.

has anyone here have experience with updating from xp to windows 7? i wanna just copy my playonline folders to an external hard drive then move them back. what's the process for moving it back? do i have to use the disks to reinstall the game so it gets added properly to the registry?

Yes, you will have to reinstall the game after reformatting.

But you shouldn't have to transfer files to an external HDD. Windows 7 has a thing built-in where it saves all of your old files to a windows.old folder that it puts in your user folder.

I think you just copy over certain folders.

Like install from disk, then copy over the dat folders, then when you run the game do a file check.

I can't say for sure but I believe the Windows 7 version is merely a patch, not a whole client download. As such, you'll need to have it installed from a game disc or torrent beforehand.
