That's just it it doesn't hurt all the time and it's more annoying than anything
Wearing one of those health trackers I noticed anytime I did bench my sleep tanked for days. No sign of pain in shoulders either.
So I stopped and then I noticed during periods of no gym that doing things with my arms over my head had a similar effect
Again no pain just changes in results lots of tossing and turning at night a 20% decrease in sleep efficiency for days
It's crazy what can have an effect on you and you don't even realize it
