Me watching bodybuilder guy channel on Youtube, thinking funny how those guys are completely hypocrates:
1. They say dont try lifting weight over your own capacity, but their own videos show them doing lifting with like 1 or 2 helpers, clearly proving they are way over their own capacity.
2. They say prioritize your posture over weights, but then, you see them almost using their entire body to lift a weight, despite focusing on a single muscle group, what would be the so called "technique".
3. Finally, and the most astounishing one, they say dont use chemicals, but them, you see them joking they use heavy shits.
My conclusion in the end, is that being too thin or too strong generally doesnt mean a healthy lifestyle, or that someone used some illicit methods to achieve that.
