Or maybe its FFT being the HQ of Tactics Ogre series, given Tactics Obre series is older.
When i played Lets cling us together, i did think Tactics Ogre was missing the “fantasy” part of Final Fantasy franchise. What? i thought the dialogue was good iv only played 2 hours so far
FFT is newer than Tactics Ogre and FFT's development team did have people from the Tactic's Ogre team working on it, hence why you can feel the similarities and refinements.

Anyway, got around to checking out the 6.3 live letter and I'm a little disappointed that it's not until mid-January, but at least that gives me more time to finish up the current PvP series. Kinda been slacking on that. The new Crystalline Conflict map looks neat though. Kinda bummed that Cloud Nine is going to have a reduced appearance rate in the rotation now; it was by far the most fun map to play on. The new Deep Dungeon seems like it could be cool too. Glad we're getting another one of those. I should probably finish up the first two sometime. Really curious to see the new Ultimate, even though I don't do them. After how they did the last one, they've got a lot of hype to live up to.

Also today I learned that Dahaks lose an absurd amount of TP by being hit with water. Wish I'd known that back in 2006! I solo'd Evade and Escape at 75 on RDM just by killing the dahaks with Enwater rolling. They couldn't do TP moves lmao

Haven't played the OG since...... 04? It never gets random cravings like FFT does. The only Ogre Battle game I fully love is Person of Lordly Caliber. I'm not too keen on the ones that play like FFT.

Graphics cards will never be "reasonable" again
Reasonable has been removed from the language, best you can get is "well at least it's less than a used car" Kinda surprised to see 6600/6650 off msrp at all, 6500 and 6400 are absolute dogshit and haven't moved an inch.

Well, they 'could' return to reasonable in a few years if we as consumers just said a collective "no" to what's going on the past 3 years. Businesses finally realized that unlimited supply was good for us and bad for them, so artificial restraints on supply of all major purchases are the forseeable future- at least until they start making less money that before this concept of sales became dominant. So yeah...you're probably right. We're not getting back to 'reasonable' because there will always be enough sheep to keep grazing on the new grass just because its new.

I think mine arrived yesterday, have to check. I like the music boxes, altho after a few times its like ok.. I use them as risers for something else. Glad to have some merch tho, the mug I probably wont really use. They are too tiny... I need big mug for coffee.
