With makers in the US, Europe, Japan, and China, the combination of drivers I have to handle screws is beyond ridiculous (legit counted before I posted this- I have 46 unique drivers with 6 different styles of heads)

LMAO I feel this so much. I'm American, working for a Canadian company, and also supporting our Australia/New Zealand team (and occasionally the UK too). And I have to write stuff in "English" for audiences in all of those places. So not only do I have the Armour, Colour, whatever... I get ANZ (pronounced: A En Zed) stuff like "realise" that isn't used in US/Canada. And sometimes I get to write things that will be read by people in ALL of those regions!

So basically, instead of being perpetually confused I have now just accepted that I'll go where the mood takes me and select almost at random ;)

Finally my new diet is showing some results.

Probably i had this week so far at my lowest average in a lot of time, and potentially the lowest measure as well.

Thats the wonder of increasing the amount of salad in the dinner with pepper sauce instead of other more caloric coating. Also, dinner close to sleep makes it harder to feel like needing seconds or others snacks while also reducing the probability of more coke, that I normally drink with dinner.

My goal is losing more 3kgs, or depending how long it takes, more 6kg then i would be the same weight I had in high school, what was my lowest in life.

More than aesthetic, I relate body weight to ageing. The more body weight you have to carry daily, more energy is consumed depleting it faster the energy to use in other more useful activities. Also, carrying more body weight will wear out joints and muscle without any benefit when practicing sports so thats all in my motivation benefits to constantly try to adjust my daily meals, always aiming to reducing fat.

I saw some helpful advice for people running tabletop RPGs the other day. Something about tailoring the game to the party, rather than the other way around. For example, if no one wants to play a healer, compromise and throw in extra health potions or rest stops.

I'm taking that advice for my upcoming play-test of my own RPG. I don't even have a plot in mind yet, I'm going to base the premise on the party's setup. I can already tell you there's going to be some Prince of Persia stuff for the character based on an adventure-platformer game protagonist.

so, after not liking any of the offers i got from investors, i have completely redone my house. had my mom and brother come help me paint, fix stuff, and stage the house. a professional photographer came out yesterday, the house goes up as, "coming soon", on friday. the realtor uploaded the pics into an app used by local realtors as a thing that would be up for viewings soon and it got a request for a showing in under 2 hours.

the last two weeks (mainly the last week) have been a brutal slog, but i am *** pumped. i might end up getting even more than i was hoping for. hopefully there is a bidding war and i can do a five year vacation. *** huzzah!

I haven't gone hiking since I was a teenager, so I honestly don't know how I'd approach it.

Back then I'd bring a crapload of snacks so that I wouldn't have to eat anything prepared by people with questionable food safety practices if I didn't want to. Aside from that, tradition dictated that me and my friends would try to find the sturdiest sticks that we could and we'd sword fight until one stick remained unbroken. Also, capture the flag at night with flashlights is awesome.

I imagine a RT camping trip would look like whenever I used to invite the Thumpers on a camping trip. Just 3 days of nerds complaining the Wi-Fi/data sucks and nobody wanting to do a single outdoor activity.

if i'm camping i'm getting one of those giant multi-person tents and getting a nice mattress for it. i'm willing to rough it a lot of ways, but i want space and good spot to sleep.

does it count as camping if i rent an rv? having a fridge to keep food cold and to supply ice would be nice. also... toilet.

Roast marshmallows for sure. If the fishing was good I would fish. I might go hiking, if I knew the route. Last time I tried to go hiking my parents tried to pick the 10km trail and I bailed on them.
