Anybody remember this? I think about it all the time but haven't watched in in so long. I just re-watched it for the first time in like 15 years lol

Random thought... has anyone ever tried speed-running Final Fantasy XI? I wonder how long it would take for someone to get from Lv.1 to Lv.99 on one job and complete all of the main and expansion story missions. Especially if they didn't allow themselves to be power leveled or sent gil from a main account.

I think people used to have LS events dedicated to it. Cool - I'm not surprised, I'd just never heard of it before.
Pineapple on pizza licks ***. The sweet, savory (umami), and salty combination is like a party in my mouth. Tomato is already a fruit. You people need to broaden your horizons.
*edit* we're getting Red Robin for lunch at work. I think I'm now going to get a banzai burger out of spite.

I always scoffed at how people would do marathon speed run events and skip over 11! Can't handle those 16 hours.

Your problem wont ever be the complex part, but the base requirements. Going thru WoTG missions and seeing how they did the cutscenes, its quite impressive for what they had available. Really nice looking compared to how in XIV every cutscene is the characters constantly nodding and doing the most basic stuff. A shame really because 1.0 had some really detailed and animated cutscenes.

I think Adoulin was where they really showed their tiny budget. Hated how we got pictures shown on the acreen instead of actual cutscenes, but they did have some good ones.
