Jimmy Fallon made a twitch channel to play amongus
Talk about twothousand and late, that's so last week
Yeah. I'm trying to think of any way he can spin this in his favor. Like, maybe make it a recurring thing where he ironically follows trends just a few months too late?
I dunno. I'm not a fan of his, but I think he gets way more flak than he deserves when compared to the field of other untalented hacks who head late-night shows. Probably the only one I like anymore is Conan.
Honestly, I don't even watch TV anymore, even kids shows are getting too political.
Amongus being 3 years old gaining sudden popularity... the only way to be true to that is to yourself be late to it.
It only survived because of COVID, honestly. If it wasn't because of everyone being locked down, it would have probably died already.
It's way too buggy, it's simplistic, and it's easily hackable for it to be any lasting fun. It's good for the first few times you are imposter but after a while, it stops being fun. Especially against people who hack into the game and tell everyone who the imposter is within the first meeting.
