Texture is usually the real problem. Sometimes it's just too weird.

Mostly would be a diet of meat and vegetables, but it's kinda hard to do for long periods of time. I have real trouble staying off grains in particular.

Seeing whats out there, giving new stuff a whirl. Life's too short to eat the same ***for 60 years. Even shorter if you eat too much of that processed sugarlaced garbage. They're making real leaps and bounds progress with synthetic meats... unfortunately it has a long LONG way to go on price. Like just yesterday checkin ***out, veggie "chicken patties" are $10 for 4... or a WHOLE bag of the processed real "chicken" is $7 or a cauliflower veggie pizza is triple the price of a processed meatzza Just in case you think broccoli or cauliflower crust pizza sounds healthy check the sodium content. Most of them fail BIG TIME on that count alone.
I found one that didn't, it was OK, I make better but not with a veggie crust.
