This weekend on Saturday we're going to the shelter to look for another dog. If we find one, awesome. If we don't find one, we'll just keep looking. Then, since we've decided to go home for Thanksgiving and stay here for Christmas, but since I really wanted to cook my husband a Thanksgiving meal of our own and I can't do that when we get home, we're having Thanksgiving next week. Can't wait! :D I wish we had thanksgiving sometimes, I might try and lie about American heritage so I can justify eating another turkey dinner in the year lol I like cooking Thanksgiving dinner, but I'm not a huge fan of eating it.. Not a huge fan of having turkey everything for the next week, either.

Oh Flion, the only way to enjoy Thanksgiving is to completely ignore the history behind it. It's hard to enjoy pumpkin pie when you are trying not to remember how the Natives were lied to, abused, and slaughtered. xD
I like the extra turkey, Slip :D because you can slice it thin and toss it on sandwiches for quick, easy, and delicious lunches. Yum! Deep frying a turkey is expensive =/ it's only good in Peanut Oil, and that stuff ain't cheap.
