You just doing normals or gonna go savage? You have enough gil for crafting? If so will you be doing overmelds? High end Tomestone gear or just low end? Relic or no relic? I don't remember who suggested it, but I wanna express my disdain for such a low quality work!
that list just shows the ilvl for smn. it doesn't show bis. best in slot is a calculation of the highest of your primary stats you can get with capped acc, and not hitting diminishing returns on crit or det. just seeing the highest ilvl is pretty easy, but not very beneficial.

Or you can go to that site, hit BiS solver, and hit solve or show weights. also in order to hit diminishing returns on things like Crit and Det you would need astronomical amounts.
