Where the *** do people live and work that they always have food trucks?
We've got nothing, and the city actually actively makes it difficult for them to get established and licensed because they want to protect the brick-and-mortar places.
NONE OF WHICH SELL TACOS.
every so often they set it up a special event. they close off part of the parking lot and call in a few trucks. if we don't buy enough the trucks wont come. we had a 'yayo's omg (original mexican cuisine)', 'gee ma's home cooking (a meat and three), and later today 'cousin's maine lobster' will be here. yayo's has been on food network and was rated as some of the best tacos in the country. i got two mahi-mahi and one asada. i might get a lobster roll later tonight.
essentially you can reserve or have them come for a special event. tell your hr people to get on it.
