You can order different kinds of tobacco from all over the world now and there are a lot of great small shops making fine cigars. So I went to the public library and made a new email with no hassle at all. I even skipped the phone number/email section by leaving it blank and it let me continue np at all unlike trying at home it will not let me skip them as they are "required"
 i just roll cigs of this with 1.5 papers or smoke it out of my pipe. more than i need. cigars are meh to me. *edit* they do make cigars though
