Also in regards to the XIV discussion that happened, just some small corrections...
Storm's Eye is 270 potency, not 260. Delirium has never been able to overwrite Dragon Kick.
Lots of other stuff I rap the table and say, "Hear hear!" I'd love if they made all the useless skills more useful. BUt it would be just like when they nerfed tanks. Everyone cheered in the casual ranks when STR tanks disappeared, because now all tanks are forced to wear VIT accessories. All the casuals were happy that they didn't have to worry about some dumb STR tank in their dungeons and what not, even though VIT accessories were never necessary(though you could opt to use them to do ridiculous ***like single tank Ravana on release and stuff like that). All the endgame tanks were mad, because they lost 210 ATP permanently, and all future tankbusters got scaled to expect them to be wearing VIT accessories. So essentially, it was a nerf, because they lost a huge amount of ATP, and the VIT accessories were made mandatory to survive fights.
With this same logic, since SE is a creature of habit, if they made all the useless DPS skills useful for doing DPS, they'd just ramp up the DPS checks. It wouldn't really be a buff. The checks would just get harder, and the gap between ideal rotation and shitty rotation would only widen further.
