Home sick for the day (2 days in a row) and I decided to check emails from work.
The thing that now pisses me off more than anything is when someone reopens and ticket but doesn't give any information as to why. Instead they put "The problem isn't fixed, and now there is a new problem."
Weird because when I was there it was working fine. The only new problem I can see is that you are the one using the tech and not me.
It also doesn't help the pissed-off-o-meter that the reason I am sick is because I was adding applications to iPads in the elementary school, which are basically iPetri dishes after a year of little kids using them, only to find out they aren't even using that app. So right now everyone can go *** right off.
