This is... a big reason why my static basically imploded. Real life devoured the free time of three static members, and wonky as ***internet got a fourth.
It, unfortunately, happened late enough in the raids cycle that finding unattached competent players on Balmung, that weren't raging douche canoes, was extremely challenging.
Some people we tried out had some potential and all we'd ask for them to do is work on their rotation, learn when to precast, optimize cool downs, etc. And they'd lose their ***and complain about how they didn't have enough time to do that.
Yet they'd have like, five hours to spend on (e)RP.
As of yet, besides friends, I've only had one person take constructive criticism well.
