I think that's the kind of hawk that used to live in my back lot till. They are protected by law I think. Old man down the road passed away and his son gave me one he'd killed and had stuffed back in like...the 60's. No idea on the legality of owning it so I gave it away. I just always took care of my things on my own because it is my belief that everyone should be responsible for themselves and not for others.
He leaves a mess wherever he goes and mom always cleaned up after him. Now he just banks on my inability to tolerate to live in a mess, and the fact that he can easily subdue me if I rebel.

Sounds like he's in for a rude awakening come September.
