I don't understand, when I read the rules for P&R it said for anything breaking the rules "in P&R" could result in a section ban "from P&R," why can there suddenly be a change in the rules?
What's the point of setting rules and boundaries when you're just going to change them?

Spicy doesn't get the benefit of the doubt because he's been repeatedly banned, and openly acts as if the rules don't apply to him. It stopped being about P+R when he decided to bring it in here. He isn't willing to play by the rules except when it suits him, and I'm tired of it. Why should he be allowed to flaunt the rules when pretty much everyone else goes along just fine? Take that ***elsewhere.

Human Nature is great and all, but part of being in society(and yes, even an internet forum's society) is following rules/laws. You overcome your nature, and roll with the rules or you pay the penalty.
How active you are, how vocal you are, and how much you dislike the person most commonly enforcing the rules on you... none of that is reason to continue to break the rules and give into, "Human Nature." And the rules "changed," because now he's outside of P&R and slandering mods/admins.
