Finished work today feeling so great. Busted my butt all day and as I was clocking out my manager told me I was a badass.
Feels so great. Something as small as appreciation can go such a long way to making someone want to work that much harder for you, by their own choice and desire. Weird right? Looking at you old bosses who couldn't care less about their employees of ants.
