If you have had the expansions on your account, they should be enabled, console or PC is irrelevant, install is also irrelevant in comparison to activation. What region is your account? Honest to God amazed our router hasn't exploded due to the amount of dust in the air here. It's like air soup. But gross.
Yea honestlyfrom what I've noticed with PoL if there's alot of large files it does tend to hang up/freeze or just fail or restart the updates

Registration = Entitlement (entering a serial code for the expansion on the game management site) For the expansion to work you need the expansion data (the updater downloading logic has been changed to keep the same client for all users regardless of which expansions each user has) and the entitlement. If you lack either (currently you can only lack the entitlement due to how the updater works now) the corresponding expansion logo on the title screen will display grayed out. Really annoying how all the guests on the friend list thing at low levels are just long-abandoned accounts with ***Digimon as leaders. Also, holy crap difficulty spike on the easter event. Beat the first 2 parts of easy mode with no trouble, boss of the final part one-shotted me.

while the 2nd op for Gundam is not as good as Raise Your Flag, it did grew on me, will actually miss it too.
yay! new schedule started at work. have to work from last tuesday to this thursday, but i'm on 8 hour days and not 9 hour days! yay =D
