The Ryokan I stayed at while in Hokkaido served Kobe Beef every night :) One selection was served like a wagyu steak(sliced moderately thin for ease of pick up with chop sticks, but still cooked/browned on the outside). The other was the thin shashimi platter with the boiling water. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! On my last night there I ate 1/3rd of what they had laid out on the buffet. /drools at the memory

Edit:

Since we're here, I'll talk about Shovel Knight music.

It was actually executed on a REAL NES and recorded as stream which is then used in the game.

There's a .NSF file made and shared in the Internet by the author himself(Jake Kaufman).

Sounds like a great time. I'd really like to work with it, but at $90 per pound.. yikes.
