Wtf is with this food ***, I want some.
My slow cooker pulled pork recipe I made up tonite...
5~6 pounds pork tenderloin cut into pieces with fat trimmed off and then seared on high heat in a pan.
1 large onion, sliced (sauteed until dark brown)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (add to onions)
2 tablespoons butter (for sauteing the onions)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup bbq sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Mix everything in the slow cooker and add the meat.
I might use bear for liquid if it needs any later on, but the sauce taste really good right now and I don't want to mess it up by adding more stuff.
