Sweetened Condensed Milk for making Ice Cream, and Caramel (If you're lazy).
36% cream for making whipped cream.
Also, canned evaporated milk+water makes the best country gravy (normal milk makes it taste sweet and country gravy isn't supposed to be sweet)
