I got Fire Red yesterday for the Gameboy Advance SP.
It has a profile with some good leveled up pokemon I want to trade to my other games before I deleted the file lol

In your case you have 2 options:

1) Trade the pokémon you want to a different FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald game.
2) Buy Pokémon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum (for DS). Finish that and then use the PAL park function to transfer your pokémon over from your FireRed game.

Me: Ooooohhh.... okay.

They recently had their IT person just up and leave for another job, no two weeks, just poof. I honestly hope they find someone better than me. I could be part of a team and take over as head after a while, but just straight being the only IT for a whole company... I dunno. They have an SQL server and I only had one class on that in college and haven't touched it since.

This is turning out to be a really morose and glum year with all these amazing people passing away. Not to mention one of my good friends lost his grandmother and best childhood friend in succession one after the other immediately after David Bowie ;/

Doesn't help that he's a music producer/editor and took that initial loss pretty hard too.
