I tried to go into BIOS and all it did was restart my pc lol...
Why did I wake up at 8 AM? _-_

Well I got to some weird screen where my mouse and UI was all funny like this was 1997 or something lol
It didn't have any option for virtualisation though >_< Whats your BIOS ver? It should say on one of the screens. You may have to flash a newer BIOS... but that's dangerous. Don't brick anything and do some research based on your Motherboard.

I tried to take a screenshot but couldn't because it restarts the PC when I leave that area One of the settings should be virtualization somewhere though. I would be able to help more if I was there, sorry. As I said, do some research on your BIOS. It's not actually that scary. Everything is labeled so.

It all depends on the bios, business grade HP are usually F10, Dells usually have a boot submenu that lets you select the bios from F12, as for consumer grade, it can be up in the air, if you don't see the option for it, and you can't get it with del or esc, it's best to google some (good luck). As for virtualization support: his motherboard/cpu probably doesn't support it, and I wouldn't recommend somebody who has no technical aptitude to try to flash their bios, it's just not a good idea. Also usually if your bios (or eufi) doesn't have the option for it, a flash won't bring it.
