I tried to go into BIOS and all it did was restart my pc lol...
It's like really annoying, you either have to spam DEL on the BIOS load screen or F12. I never remember either. But you have to like. Superspam it.
It all depends on the bios, business grade HP are usually F10, Dells usually have a boot submenu that lets you select the bios from F12, as for consumer grade, it can be up in the air, if you don't see the option for it, and you can't get it with del or esc, it's best to google some (good luck).
As for virtualization support: his motherboard/cpu probably doesn't support it, and I wouldn't recommend somebody who has no technical aptitude to try to flash their bios, it's just not a good idea. Also usually if your bios (or eufi) doesn't have the option for it, a flash won't bring it.
