I totally just had a 4 hour nap. :| Just woke up. Gonna be up aaaaaaaall night.
I'm used to how I feel now, but sometimes I'm dehydrated to a point that I feel it physically.. Hard to describe but I just don't feel right..
Besides, water is contained in the things I drink, I may not be getting the biggest bang for my buck, but the water is still there.. Otherwise I simply couldn't live how I do, I'd be dead within a week or so. It's after working hard and sweating a lot, or a night of heavy drinking that I get truly dehydrated.. After those, I chug a bunch of water to get my levels back up. Wanted to buy some water bottles from the supermarket today cause I'm running out.
Nooooooo, a thing called a hurricane made everyone realize how good water is for you >.> The water here is clean enough on tap. :P
