just tried gta v in 3d out for the first time. didn't do much drove around and (not ashamed to admit) checked out the strip club. was pretty awesome, granted it's hard to see after. the virtual *** looked kinda terrifying, but the driving is amazing.

Following a lead obtained during another quest (dependent on Grand Company affiliation), the player tracks down one of the mages responsible for the Sixth Umbral Era fifteen centuries ago. Upon meeting this mage, Urianger, he speaks cryptically of impending doom, and asks if the adventurer is willing to face it. Regardless of their answer, he senses their intent to arrest him. He calls a Familiar as a distraction while he vanishes once more. After the Familiar's defeat, the player encounters Urianger's fellow Circle member(s) who assert the coming of a Seventh Umbral Era. It is later revealed that Urianger was involved in the reestablishment of the Grand Companies of Eorzea, which continue to combat this threat.
Unless they clear this up he might be as old as 1500ish
I want to say a lot of dubs sound bad only because we've seen them in their original audio and prefer that, but that's not really true. The English dub for Attack on Titan, for instance, is embarrassing to even watch. It almost seems like there is a decline in quality for English dubs in recent years-- as if the newer it is, the worse it sounds. I mean, I can still watch Cowboy Bebop in English and not cringe.
Fan Question:
What are the age scales for every race?
MCKF:
Biologically, the five races have a similar life span to what we do on Earth, they can live to be 100, maybe even 120. Biologically. The thing is, here, we have modern medicine and jobs that don't take us onto the battlefield. We have food in refrigerators, not sitting in barrels. We can live that long, but Eorzea is a harsher realm. Like, there are raptors roaming the jungle. "Oh, I need to go out and pick an ogre pumpkin." becomes "I'm sorry, daddy got eaten by a raptor and now we'll be eating nothing." Daddy dies by raptor, children die of starvation. And on top of that you've got wars! I wouldn't expect a lot of people to live longer than 20 to 30 years. The average lifespan is a lot shorter, as a result. That said, Elezen actually do have a longer lifespan than the other 4 races. You'll notice the Elezen children in Gridania from 1.0 are still children five years later. That childhood can last a lot longer, and they end up living longer, as well. For the most part, though, it's still the same as us but with more fatality.
Some guy was hitting on a woman. So what you say? She was a nun. And not even a pretty nun, she was kinda...old. Maybe he liked the challenge? lol
Meanwhile some guy next to me was playing a game on his smartphone, something about putting balls in a spinning wheel...anyway he played for a bit with little success, until at some point he managed to reach the end of the level, he was sweating and trembling with tension for the delicate moment. Got to the last bead...he failed, and couldn't hold punching his leg and screaming GODDAMMIT!(not quite, but this is the closest exclamation in english) was pretty funny.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
