Can't remember what my numbers were this week...

At least I have tomorrow off to check them and maybe grind out poetics.

I got her earlier!
Tried to go for Sephiroth but there's no way I an beat the mobs at my current level. I hope the event comes around again so I can finally get him. Working on Dark Knight Cecil now. Got Wakka earlier too.

Just played a bit of Xenoverse, did the "Help Guldo pass the Ginyu Force Entry Exam" PQ and got the Sauzer Blade and Paralysis (Guldo's Ult) Skills on the first go!

Congrats!
They repeat the events in Japan, so I'd say it's a safe bet we'll be seeing it again too.
Though even if we don't, there's another event that has Sephiroth as a reward, so would just have to wait for that one instead! :D

Nice! I'm waiting until Tuesday to do anything on Xenoverse. The patch accompanying the DLC is increasing the proc rate of the WARNING!!!! stuff occurring after you meet the requirements, so it should be a lot easier to farm some stuff after that lol.
Also, Gogeta's delicious fusion vest is being added for custom characters to use, so I'll have something new to work towards. :Q

I wrote a review for that game awhile back. Love it <3

I have it for PS4, Vita, and on Steam!

I actually have quite a few reviews posted, with a small following on Steam (160ish atm).

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. Y'know, I've always wanted to be a reviewer. Only problem is, I'd be such a cynic that I'd end up being more like Yahtzee and not suggesting anything.

Y'know, unless they made a Big Lebowski game.

I sometimes get contacted by devs and publishers to write reviews, and they give me the game for free to review it.

I got this, this, this, this, and this for free from devs/publishers.

I have always thought it would be fun to review games...

and I wouldn't know where to start to get publishers attention lol

I just play them a few hours (at least 5-6) to give me a good idea of the concept, gameplay, and direction it's going. Sometimes I'll beat them first.

I didn't do anything, I just write reviews sometimes for fun, and they just add me on Steam and are like "Wanna review this for me?".

Ugh. That right there is what's wrong with our whole celebrity crazed society. These actors or celebutants get away with charging an arm and a leg for a scribble of pen or marker on a piece of paper. They already make millions for their work (for the most part; there are some who are still scraping by, although that lot are the lesser knowns that you've seen a hundred times, but of whom you don't remember the names), and yet they still charge outlandish amounts. And we pay them! That's the shittiest part. Just to say, "I met so and so, and here's my proof." Meanwhile there are people who can't afford to eat every day.

I just... bah. Sorry. Didn't mean to unload on you, but sometimes our society really gets under my skin.

Nah I know what you mean, but it also has me thinking... what percentage of that money do THEY as the actors see? Obviously alot of it goes to agent and whatever studio owns them under contract, right?

It doesn't help that these people make MILLIONS a year either. I'm talking actors, athletes, politicians, comedians, etc. If we paid them even 1% less and took that money to better the country, we'd be way better off here in the US.
