That's why I said relatively. I understand the value of money very well, which is why I always argue against people going lol at games fees, like it doesn't matter.
Sounds like the guy who scooped the card wanted to take advantage of it, but at the same time felt guilty. So he's possibly at the same time an *** and a dumbass.
Well, they *can* legally sell tickets to heaven... Because only the people who really believe in that shtick will buy it. So technically it doesn't fall under false advertising.
Fraud, perhaps, but that would be nigh impossible to prove.
So the police had to get them on a charge that could stick - false representation of merchandise: gold painted wood being passed off as gold tickets.
I was listening to the radio this morning at the Laundromat, and apparently a pair of officers are on paid administrative leave for beating a man who had already been handcuffed.
There were reports of people taking images and videos of two officers beating and kicking a 30 year old man upwards of 50 times - which happened in Florida also.
