Happy new year to those already in 2015. And an early happy new year to those still in 2014.
Not really a resolution, but looking to lose that last 20 pounds (currently at 200 pounds) in the next few months. And then I'm gonna start trying to build some more muscle up to ~200 pounds. My whopping 125 bench makes me a sad panda when I was at 210 back in high school.
Doing pretty good in the legs department, can squat 280 and leg press 400. My ultimate goal being roughly ~200 pounds and 10~15% body fat, being able to bench my weight (so ~200) and squat 2x my weight (so ~400).
