Shiva Phase change via Diamond Dust is the most amazing phase change EVER!

Positioning: Tanks should be in the middle 1 infront and 1 behind with DPS spread out to the sides.

Persistent Mechanics:
Every time you get hit with an ability you gain a stack of vulnerability and also a frost bite DoT.

Large AoE Cleave will one shot squishies.

Hailstorm: Circle AoE that follows a player. 3 Are cast at a time. Players not targeted should move out of them.

Heavenly Strike: 2kish damage in a line to her sides. Not Avoidable if you are at her sides.

Little GTFO Circles: White circles will appear on the ground, GTFO.

Tank Swapping: This appears to be a must as tanks will be getting hit by cleaves and heavenly strike with give Vulnerability in stacks. I believe on the safe side 2 to 3 stacks is when they should switch.

Phase 1: Classical Music phase.
All of the above.
Little GTFO circles are sparse.

Phase 2: Getting to the awesome phase change.
She will spawn 4 Ice Golems. These act like Ifrits Nails. Kill ASAP. All Mechanics from Phase 1 Still active.

AWESOME PHASE CHANGE !?!!?!!
Shiva will Diamond Dust you and the damage varies based on golems alive.

Phase 3: Rock Music Phase!
Everything from phase 1 again with a few changes and additions.
GTFO Circles now form patterns.
-First pattern is like Titans Rocks. Head to the Center and move out as they fall along the outside.
- Second Pattern is a static pattern with gaps. just GTFO.

Absolute Zero - Party wide damage 1kish.

Thin Ice - Shiva will cover the center platform with Ice. DO NOT MOVE! If you move you will slide into the next mechanic.

Ice Wind - The Stadium will be surrounded by a whirling Vortex of wind. Its similar to Coil 1 Turn 5s Fire ring. If you walk into it or slide into it via Thin Ice you are frozen in an Ice tomb and take decent damage. Your dps must break you out.
