I haven't been sick (minus sinus infections, kidney stones) in 14 years, and I deal with the public constantly at work, and have worked in a hospital around sick people...
I mean unless people are sneezing in your face... sure it's not just the weather? edit; but you know, just a thought, feel better? It's a mix of things really
- I always had poor health since I was little - Trains are so crowded that you can't avoid being hugged to random people, and when they cough they pretty much do it in your face(some don't even show the minor decency of covering their mouths..) - As the weather has been hot too it was impossible not to sweat as well, and that certainly didn't help I have to say it also bothers me a lot to be the one who goes out while still not fully healed. Don't like being the one who brings germs into the class. Anyway, I just hope I won't have a relapse cause missing more classes can be problematic. Yeah: work/classes are rather unforgiving when it comes to sick persons, and don't really pay attention to/care for the danger they're putting others in.
That's one thing I enjoyed about my last job, the boss straight up told people that if they're sick, stay the *** home (not verbatim) granted I never got sick, so it was moot for me. I did take a personal day or two about a year and a half ago though, was dealing with some ***, although since I was working via contract, I just didn't get paid. just out of curiosity, Seha did you receive vaccines as a child/teen or none at all?

probably the normal things like hepatitis and what not, just to be sure, you're not terminally ill or nothing , just weak constitution?

And I've just been lectured about the lack of veggies in my diet <.< *pouts* lol i like my veggies. What about running or jogging, are you able to do those even in small amounts?

I also severely doubt the health quality of any fast food salad vs the rest of their menu, I think even McD's salad is worse for you than their burger.
Going to a fast food place for healthy food is like going to a prostitute for safe sex.
Yeah I exercise 3 times a week usually cause I care a lot about keeping my shape; and I can do it too I just don't have to strain myself cause when I start feeling fatigue I have to stop immediately cause that's my heart saying nope. So I mostly work on my muscles to keep myself fit and in perfect shape, a bit more difficult to improve my breath and energy through running though.
Eat a pound of broccoli a day (plain no salt). Problem solved.
