Yeah that was a pain in the ***.. My social camped him more than once, I eventually lost interest in the damned helmet and gave up.. Then they finally got one to drop, but by that time I had already reached 50 MRD and it would have been situational at best to use.

I think that helmet + Green Scale Mail/Kokoroon is still the best for a DD since dex/str doesn't do much at all.
